We have been providing fishing holidays for small parties, with luxury lakeside accommodation, in the Charente Departement of the Nouvelle Aquitaine Region of South West France for 15 years. We are now diversifying

to make the venue available at a different price point (without the fishing......)

 

The emphasis is still firmly on the provision of a high quality holiday experience with modern well appointed

accommodation in a very rural and scenic location overlooking a four acre lake on an 8 acre site.

The modern, comfortable and well equipped lakeside accommodation - which has its own secure gated

access, is located on an 8 acre fenced site and is situated just 30 metres from the lake. The accommodation

is fully equipped and has UK TV, a covered outside patio area with large gas barbeque and eating area, 

and adjacent to the accommodation is the solar heated swimming pool with patio, sunbeds and seating area.

 

There is a good 4G phone signal on site along with high speed internet wi-fi in the accommodation

so you can stay connected to the world (if you want to...)

 

The venue is located in a very beautiful rural area of South West France, but is just 12 minutes drive

from a large town that has all amenities, and is only 25 minutes drive from Limoges Airport.

 

All holidays include exclusive booking of the whole site ensuring total privacy for guests.
